2. Idea. We rank the friction by value and pick the highest-value piece first, so the work pays for itself before it is finished. If an off-the-shelf tool or a feature you already pay for solves it, we tell you, and you do not need us to build it.
3. Design & Build. We build the automation: integrations between the tools you already use, pipelines that run on schedule, and small internal tools with exactly the features you need and none you do not. Each piece runs with real data before the next one starts.
4. Delivery. We hand over something your people can run, change and trust without us, with clear alerts for the day something upstream changes.

What affects cost. We do not publish prices. The main drivers are the number of systems involved and how open they are to integration, the volume and quality of the data, how many exceptions the process has in real life, whether an internal tool with its own interface is needed, and how critical the process is to the business. Everything is written down before it starts.

Where should we start? With the task your people complain about most. It is usually frequent, error-prone and simple enough to automate well, which makes it the fastest to pay back.

Can you integrate with our ERP? We integrate with the systems businesses already run, including ERPs like PHC, Primavera and Sage, through the integration options each system provides. We do not sell or replace your ERP. We connect the work around it.

Why not just use a no-code tool? Sometimes you should, and we will say so. No-code tools are good for simple flows. When the process has many exceptions, sensitive data or needs to be reliable at volume, custom automation is usually cheaper to own over time.

What happens when something changes, like a new field or a new supplier format? The automation is built to report failures clearly rather than fail silently. The handover shows your people how to adjust it, and the code is yours.

Do you replace people with automation? We remove the repetitive work so people can do the work that needs judgement. What you do with the time saved is a business decision.
